Once an order is placed, no cancellations will be accepted. The user will be given the option to raise a return request for a product once it has arrived at our facility in India. This return window is active for 48 hours after the product is delivered to our facility and updated on your Inditrunk "My Orders" page.

Inditrunk takes a lot of effort to get your favorite Indian products delivered to your doorstep! Cross-border order delivery is a complex process. To support this operational complexity, Inditrunk charges a service fee for the procurement, warehousing, packaging, and consolidation of your orders. This procurement fee is displayed on the product page below the product price and will be added to the product price when you add it to your trunk.

A product or order being canceled after being shown "Order Received" can be attributed to the following reasons :

1. The product is undeliverable to our Pincode in India

2. The product has become "Out of Stock" even before the order was confirmed by the seller.

3. The product is restricted by both the customs and the carriers for international shipping. The licensure required for shipping such items may not be present.

4. The product does not have sufficient documentation for the purpose of customs clearance. (Fumigation Certificate for large wooden items, Medical Prescription for medicines, etc.)

Approving or completing the QC for a product is a green flag given to Inditrunk to proceed with shipping the product to your address. Once an action is taken, there is unfortunately no option to change it.

Sorry but no modifications will be accepted once an order is placed.

An existing order is final and unmodifiable. No additions can be made to an order that has already been placed. If you wish to purchase more items, please place a fresh order.

Action Required refers to the action that needs to be taken by the user to either proceed with a product or return it after the products have arrived at our facility. The user will have a time limit of 48 hours before which action needs to be taken. If the user does not take this action within the given time limits, the product(s) will automatically move to the next stage of dispatch.

Once an order is confirmed,

1. The seller receives the order from Inditrunk and ships the products to our facility in Bengaluru.

2. Our warehouse personnel updates all the delivered products on your "My Orders" page.

3. 3 images of each product along with a corresponding status will be updated.

4. The user is given the final authority to decide whether they wish to proceed with shipping a product or not.

5. Products with any noticeable discrepancies in size, color, and quantity will be proactively returned back to the seller.

To place your Inditrunk order, you may follow these simple steps:

1. Login/Signup using your mobile number (with OTP verification).

2. Search for the products from our diverse product categories.

3. Select the products you wish to purchase using "Add to Trunk".

4. Click on the "My Trunk" button at the top right of the homepage.

5. After reviewing the product details, click on "Continue".

6. Edit/Add the delivery address for your order.

7. Apply any valid coupons and click on "Proceed to Pay".

8. Enter the details such as your email and card information.

9. Click on "Pay" to confirm the payment.

Your Inditrunk order has been placed successfully!

You add up to 30 items or items worth $500 to your cart for a flat delivery fee of $29.99.

No, you don’t have to pay any customs duty or any other additional charges at Inditrunk.

You only pay a flat $29.99 delivery fee per order to get your order shipped from India and delivered to the USA. If you have an IndiKlub Membership, you just pay $9.99. It's a steal deal.

Certain product categories such as medicines, liquid/semi-liquids, ayurvedic products, fruits, vegetables, non-vegetarian products, spices, pickles, paints, colors, etc. are restricted by the carriers for international shipping. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list and may include additional product categories.

Any product with a noticeable difference compared to the one you have ordered will be exchanged, provided that the sellers have an active exchange policy. The user also has the option to replace/exchange a product by clicking on the "xxxxxx" option shown in the "Action Required" state, in case they are unsatisfied with the product. This option enables a replacement of the same product only.

Cancellations happen due to a few reasons that are out of our scope of control -

1. The product that was received had a size/color/quantity mismatch, was damaged at the time of delivery, or was a completely different product altogether.

2. Products are canceled by the seller directly without any notice due to stock unavailability or deliverability issues.

3. Most of the products that are restricted for international shipping have been delisted or marked as restricted.

In the meantime, such products that are currently not delisted are canceled after the orders are placed as we do want to risk the whole order getting held up during transit due to nonadherence to import and export customs policies.

You can edit your account details on Inditrunk by navigating to the ‘My Account’ option under the ‘Profile’ tab in the top right corner. After editing your details, click ‘save changes’ to save the changes you made.

No, the email id used during signing up at Inditrunk remains the same and cannot be changed or updated later. If you wish to change your email address, you must create a new account.

No, currently there is no option to change your mobile number but you can add an alternate mobile number to your account details.

Yes, you can deactivate your account by sending an Account Deletion request email to contact.inditrunk@gmail.com. Once done, it deactivates within 24 hours. After deactivation, you lose all stored data like order history, wallet balance, saved addresses, etc.

Yes, you can upgrade your account by becoming an Indiklub member to enjoy a lesser shipping cost of $9.99 per order.

Yes, you can easily add an alternate email id or mobile number in the ‘My Account’ section under the ‘Profile’ tab. Just add the details and save the changes.

Yes, you can easily cancel the membership plan anytime you want and the system will automatically stop charging you any further.

Our membership plans are called IndiKlub. There are 2 types of IndiKlub plans available and the cost for the same are mentioned below

2. Monthly Membership ($20)

With the Indiklub membership plan, you just pay $9.99 shipping charges per order instead of $29.99 per order (without a membership plan).

3. Click ‘become a member' and choose between the monthly ($20) or the annual plan ($50).

No, you will not get a refund if you cancel the membership plan.
